Subject: Request for Cooperation Regarding VTOL Reconnaissance Drone Test Flight and Attack Drone Demonstration Test

1. We wish continued success and prosperity to your organization.
2. With regard to the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) cooperation project previously discussed with your organization, the Defence Attaché Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Korea would like to confirm the following matters:

A. VTOL Reconnaissance Drone Test Flight

• Please confirm whether FineVT is able to participate in the test and evaluation and demonstration flight of a VTOL reconnaissance drone scheduled to take place in Kazakhstan in September 2026.
• Please also provide information regarding the proposed test and evaluation schedule, number of participating personnel, required equipment, and technical support plan.

B. Attack Drone Demonstration Test

• Please confirm whether it would be possible to conduct a demonstration test and performance evaluation of an attack drone in Kazakhstan in the future.
• If possible, please provide information regarding the expected schedule, available aircraft/platform types, and required support arrangements.

3. The information provided by your organization will be used as reference material for coordinating the test and evaluation schedule with the relevant authorities of Kazakhstan and for promoting follow-up cooperation projects.
4. Enclosed with this official letter is your company’s VTOL reconnaissance drone product brochure for your reference.

We kindly request your active cooperation and look forward to further expanding technical cooperation in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles between our two countries.
