MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

ON JOINT COOPERATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY

Jeollanam-do – Goheung County – FineVT Robotics LAB

Jeollanam-do, Goheung County, and FineVT Robotics LAB hereby enter into this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as the “MOU”), based on mutual trust, for the purpose of promoting the development of the aerospace industry, fostering professional human resources, and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation with local industries.

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of this MOU is to establish a cooperative framework among Jeollanam-do, Goheung County, and FineVT Robotics LAB to promote the fostering and development of the aerospace industry.

Article 2. Areas of Cooperation

The Parties agree to cooperate in the following areas:

1. Policy and technical support for attracting relevant companies and fostering tenant companies in order to promote and revitalize the aerospace industrial complex;
2. Joint planning and participation in projects aimed at expanding the overall base of the aerospace industry, as well as strengthening professional networks; and
3. Mutual cooperation in other projects deemed necessary by the Parties, including the operation of professional human resource development programs.

Article 3. Roles of the Parties

1. Jeollanam-do and Goheung County

Jeollanam-do and Goheung County shall establish a cooperative framework with FineVT Robotics LAB for the development of the drone industry and the implementation of related collaborative projects.

They shall also provide the necessary administrative support for projects that can contribute to regional development.

2. FineVT Robotics LAB

FineVT Robotics LAB shall actively cooperate with the policy initiatives of Jeollanam-do and Goheung County by utilizing its professional expertise and human resources related to the drone industry in order to:

• implement projects related to the objectives of this MOU;
• identify and develop projects for fostering the aerospace industry; and
• expand the overall base of the aerospace industry.

Article 4. Implementation of the MOU

The specific details and procedures for implementing the areas of cooperation set forth in Article 2 shall be determined through mutual consultation among the Parties.

Any matters not expressly stipulated in this MOU shall be separately determined through consultation among the Parties.

Article 5. Provision of Information

Where one Party requests information from another Party in connection with the implementation of this MOU, each Party shall make reasonable efforts to provide such information to the extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

Article 6. Confidentiality

Any information obtained in connection with this MOU shall not be provided or disclosed to any third party without the prior mutual consent of the Parties.

The confidentiality obligations under this Article shall remain effective even after the termination of this MOU.

Article 7. Effectiveness of the MOU

1. This MOU shall become effective on the date of signature.
2. This MOU is executed in three (3) original copies as evidence of the agreement among the Parties. Each Party shall sign the MOU and retain one original copy.
