To establish communication network design criteria based on mandatory and optional service requirements for AAM and UAM operations, and to build seamless and secure wireless links interoperable with existing wireless communications—such as air-to-ground, V2V, and satellite communications—thereby securing precision aerial communication quality network technologies essential for the safe operation of AAM and UAM.
